A Word from Our Owners

"We are a family owned business that has been established for close to 30 years.  Reichwein Ranches has developed a long and verifiable history with the County of Costilla in San Luis,Colorado 81152.

We have several  properties with the most popular being our 5 acre tracts within 2 miles of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains and the town of San Luis.  The properties are terrific for horses and hold awesome mountain views due to their closeness to the Sangre de Cristo Mountains.

The other popular purchase is our 35 acre tracts in the Cumbra Vista Subdivision lending a lot of elbow room for development or herding. These are only a short 10 minutes from the mountains and hold the same spectacular views as the 5 acre lots.

We also have a mixture of 5 acre tracts and other properties at the Rio Grande River for RV's.
